If you are not satisfied with your purchase from Hudson Park Collects LLC, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, items must be in the same condition as when you received them — unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging where applicable.
The following items are generally not eligible for return:
• Items that have been altered, damaged, or used after delivery.
• Custom or personalized orders.
• Items explicitly marked as final sale at the time of purchase.
If you are unsure whether your item qualifies for a return, please contact us before shipping it back.
To start a return, please contact us at the store contact email listed on our storefront with your order number and the reason for your return. We will provide you with instructions on how to proceed, including the return shipping address.
Please do not ship items back without first contacting us, as unauthorized returns may not be processed.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Please note that depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.
Customers are generally responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (wrong item shipped, item damaged during shipping, or item significantly not as described). In those cases, we will cover return shipping costs.
If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us at the store contact email listed on our storefront. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the desired item is not available, we will process a refund for your original purchase.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will work with you to resolve the situation promptly, either through a replacement or a full refund including any shipping costs.
