QIs there a free trial?

QWhat counts as an inventory item?
Each unique card or product in your active inventory counts as one item. Sold, archived, and draft items do not count toward your total. If you list the same card 10 times at quantity 10, that counts as 1 item.
QCan I switch plans?
Absolutely. Move between plans at any time based on your inventory size. Scale up as your business grows, or scale down if your needs change. Changes take effect at your next billing cycle.
QWhat are AI identification credits?
Every plan includes 1,000 AI identification credits per month for photo-based card scanning. Each credit identifies one card from a photo. Your included credits reset monthly. Need more? Purchase additional credits at $10 per 1,000 — purchased credits never expire.
QDo all features come with every tier?
Yes. There is no feature gating in InVelocity — every plan includes access to every feature: eBay sync, AI photo identification, pricing analytics, market intelligence, and everything else. The only difference between plans is how many items you can manage.
QIs there a contract or long-term commitment?
No contracts, ever. InVelocity is month-to-month. Cancel any time from your account settings and you will not be charged again. We keep you because the product is good, not because you are locked in.
