QIs there really a free plan?

Yes — completely free forever for up to 50 inventory items. No credit card required, no time limit. If you have a small collection or are just getting started, you can use InVelocity indefinitely at no cost.

QWhat counts as an inventory item?

Each unique card or product in your active inventory counts as one item. Sold, archived, and draft items do not count toward your total. If you list the same card 10 times at quantity 10, that counts as 1 item.

QCan I downgrade if my inventory shrinks?

Absolutely. Your pricing tier is based on your current item count. If you sell down your inventory, your price automatically adjusts at your next billing cycle. There is no penalty for scaling up or down.

QDo all features come with every tier?

Yes. There is no feature gating in InVelocity — every tier, including the free tier, includes access to every feature: eBay sync, AI photo identification, pricing analytics, POS checkout, consignment management, and everything else. The only difference between tiers is how many items you can manage.

QIs there a contract or long-term commitment?

No contracts, ever. InVelocity is month-to-month. Cancel any time from your account settings and you will not be charged again. We keep you because the product is good, not because you are locked in.

QWhat if I need more than 25,000 items?

Get in touch and we will work out a custom plan. Large dealers with 25,000+ items have unique needs and we want to make sure the pricing makes sense for your scale.
